Publix Recognized as Best Workplaces in Retail

LAKELAND, Fla. – This week, Publix was recognized as one of The Great Place to Work Institute and Fortune magazine’s “20 Best Workplaces in Retail” for 2017. Publix ranked No. 3 on this year’s list.

Publix CEO & President Todd Jones commented on the recognition, “Being ranked as a best workplace in retail is an honor. This recognition makes me especially proud since it’s based on associate feedback.”

The list of “20 Best Workplaces in Retail” is based on surveys by employees in the retail industry. Companies are rated on topics like being treated fairly and with respect, pride in work and effectiveness of leadership.
